Strapless

I want a strapless dress for spring to wear over a striped or uni T-shirt, which is something I have seen on a variety of fashion blogs lately. I want a dress that has a fitted bodice and maybe a full skirt, not one that is actually a skirt worn as a dress. Lots of vintage sellers on Ebay sell skirts as dresses, maybe because skirts wouldn't sell so well, but I want a real dress, like the ones pictured above. I'm not sure at the moment if I want it to be floral or uni though.
